Body Shop Coordinator

Eastside Dodge, a well-established dealership located in Calgary, ranking in the top 10 high volume stores in Alberta, needs a Coordinator to join their body shop team!

The successful candidate will be well organized, able to manage priorities. Previous service or body shop experience is an asset.

The Body Shop Coordinator is responsible for booking appointments and rentals, writing body shop damage estimates, Close work orders, payments on AR, negotiating with insurance adjusters, completing billing and other shop related activities.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to multitask
• Punctual and reliable
• Previous Service or Body Shop experience an asset
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Hours and Pay:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• $22-$25 per hour based on qualifications & experience
