Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service team.

That means:

• Booking service appointments from calls, online requests, and emails
• Confirming visits and keeping no-shows to a minimum
• Following up with customers who are overdue or need attention
• Making sure guests know what to expect before they arrive
• Helping keep the day organized so advisors can focus on serving, not scrambling
