Back Counter Parts Advisor
The McManes Automotive Group is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Back Counter Parts Advisor to join their team of professionals at Country Hills Ford!
The Back Counter Parts Advisor is responsible for the sale of spare and replacement parts and equipment to internal customers in the repair shop.
Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task will allow you to excel in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Aid technicians in determining parts required for repairs
- Provide technicians with the necessary parts with minimal wait time
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives, and procedures
- Read catalogs, microfiche viewers, or computer displays, to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices
- Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
- Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- At least five years of experience working as a parts advisor
- Ford Experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of automotive industry
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Strong organizational and mathematical ability
- Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
- Capable of carrying parts up to 100 lbs.
- Computer literate
