The Service Shuttle Driver is responsible for developing ongoing and long-term relationships with customers. Shuttle Drivers provide a high level of customer service and ensure that shuttle vehicles are kept in top condition.

Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and courteously transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle at all times.
• Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers during transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their belongings and ensuring a positive experience.
• Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns related to shuttle services.
• Adhere to a set schedule for shuttle services, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
• Communicate any delays or issues to the dealership to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct routine inspections of the shuttle vehicle and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the dealership's service department for regular maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Valid and clean driver's license with a demonstrated safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to adhere to a strict schedule and maintain punctuality.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and responsible driving practices.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform duties that involve sitting, standing, and occasional lifting.
• Familiarity with Local Area.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is an asset.
