Manager – Country Hills Ford (Calgary)

We’re looking for a Service Manager who can step
into that environment, lead from the front, and continue building a service
department that runs with consistency, accountability, and strong team
alignment.

What You’ll
Be Doing
You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of the service
department, with a focus on keeping the shop running efficiently and
consistently.
- Ensure technicians are productive and
supported throughout the day
- Lead advisors to maximize each customer
visit through proper communication and follow-through
- Oversee workflow and dispatch so the
right work is getting done at the right time
- Monitor performance and make adjustments
based on real-time results
- Work closely with parts, sales, and
leadership to keep everything aligned
- Maintain a consistent, professional
customer experience from arrival to delivery
This is a hands-on leadership role where execution
matters.

What We’re
Looking For
- Experience in a dealership service
leadership role
- Strong understanding of service
operations, workflow, and dispatch
- A leader who communicates clearly and
holds people accountable
- Comfortable working with performance
metrics and improving results
- Experience with PBS or similar systems is
an asset
