The Service Experience You Will Deliver

As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact and relationship manager for our clients. You will guide each customer through a seamless service journey all the way from initial consultation to post‑service follow‑up.  You will ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Serving as a trusted brand ambassador, embodying Mercedes‑Benz values of integrity, sophistication, and excellence

·         Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships through personalized, attentive service

·         Conducting professional service consultations and presenting well‑informed, confident recommendations

·         Managing a high‑value client portfolio with exceptional attention to detail

·         Collaborating closely with technicians and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service

·         Following up post‑service to ensure complete satisfaction and reinforce client loyalty

Qualifications include:

·         Minimum two years of automotive Service Advisor experience (luxury brand experience preferred)

·         Proven ability to serve premium, high‑expectation clientele

·         Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

·         Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities

·         Confidence working independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment

·         Commitment to delivering consistent, five‑star customer experiences

·         Experience with CDK and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook are assets

·         Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
