Parts Driver

South Trail Chrysler is hiring a Parts Driver to join their team of professionals!

As the Parts Driver, you play a key role in the efficient processing of all inbound outbound parts shipments and maintaining accurate electronic records. You are reliable, respectful, and customer-focused, supporting the team and promoting the brand through your professionalism. You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a strong customer service experience that positively impacts the department and dealership.

This role also includes Parts Driver responsibilities, involving the pickup and delivery of parts—primarily tires—requiring the ability to regularly lift up to 100 pounds.

Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.

Driver Responsibilities:

• Coordinate orders for pick up from customers, satellite stores or vendors with the Parts Manager, parts department staff and/or the Parts Shipping/Receiving clerk.

• Obtain recipient’s signature upon delivery and maintain a log of delivery times.

• Unload truck each night and return all documents and undelivered parts to the Parts Department.

• Maintain basic upkeep of the delivery truck; check oil with each fill-up; lubricate monthly and schedule safety inspections.

• Collect payment from wholesale customers.

• Comply with required health and safety regulations

• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• Driver’s License

• High school diploma

• Strong sense of direction within delivery area

• Capable to lift parts up to 100 lbs.

• Must wear CSA approved steel toed shoes

• Good concentration while driving

• Clean driving record
