Detailer

Country Hills Ford is looking for an Experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team!

The Automotive Detailer contributes to the operational efficiency of the sales department and to positive Customer Service results by maintaining a high level of excellence during the cleaning and preparation of vehicles. We are currently looking for someone with previous detailing experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Given the nature of this role, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission as the first stage of our hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Washing, cleaning, polishing, and performing general upkeep on car interiors and exteriors to ensure they are clean and presentable for customers
• Operating cleaning equipment or machines
• Obtaining stock numbers for sold vehicles and preparing them for deliveries
• Using a variety of handheld tools to detail the interiors and exteriors of cars
• Notifying the supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of car that require repair or replacement
• Maintaining a high standard of quality while working efficiently in a busy environment
• Performing other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive detailing experience is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently and ensure that the quality and quantity of work meets expectations
• Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Product knowledge is an asset
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability
• Desire to exceed customer expectations
