Country Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our service team.

As the Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer requirements while supporting the overall success of the service department. Responsibilities
- Process, submit, and reconcile warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness prior to claim submission
- Monitor warranty receivables and follow up on outstanding claims
- Track and process warranty cancellations, adjustments, and chargebacks
- Communicate with manufacturer representatives regarding claim status and requirements
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation
- Assist with warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
- Monitor and communicate customer warranty coverage and recall information
- Support the service department with warranty-related administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Previous warranty administration experience in an automotive dealership is considered a strong asset
Experience with a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership is a definite asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with dealership management systems is considered an asset
Compensation
- $50,000+ Yearly Salary
