Responsibilities:
· Perform visual inspection or on-board diagnosis as part of the preliminary diagnosis
· Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule / computer
· Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
· Recognizing deviations or unusual wear and providing feedback to the Service Advisor
· Resetting the maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance
· Documenting the performed work and returning the workshop order
Background & Skills:
· Mercedes-Benz or other luxury brand experience an asset.
· Knowledge of the current After-Sales IT tools (eg. CDK, ASRA, TIPS, etc.)
· Red Seal Certification
· Luxury brand experience an asset
· Must have a valid driver’s license
