Technician Responsibilities
Must be able to drive and operate vehicles
Diagnose and repair vehicles with integrity and ethics
Examines vehicle, diagnoses and, if needed, discusses with the Shop Foreman, or ASM as to the nature and extent of damage or malfunction
Communicates additional service requests and monitors repair time to update Service Advisor for communication to client
Completes story, or documentation for client repairs
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
Desired Qualifications
Licensed technician with diesel experience
Thorough knowledge of vehicles including electrical systems, engine repair, brake systems, suspension & steering and heating & air conditioning
Outstanding work ethic
Must have a positive attitude and collaborate well with others
CDK experience preferred but not required
Clean driving record
