Sales Consultant
The Country Hills Chrysler’s sales team
is looking to expand, and we are looking for driven men and women who are
determined to succeed and be the best.
The ideal candidate for the role is
confident with a positive attitude, someone who would go above and beyond for
the client base.
The job entails contacting and
communicating with new and old customers and engaging them in the sales process
to finalize and complete the sale. Training is offered but sales experience is
a must.
This job does require morning, evening
and Saturday shifts. Salary is commission base, and there are opportunities to
earn a variety of bonuses throughout the month, including volume bonuses!

Job Responsibilities:
·
To promote and complete the sale of
vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest
regard to exemplary customer service
·
To have up-to-date product knowledge
of all vehicle makes and models, including competitive brands
·
To service all allocated sales
inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion
·
To have the ability to close sales
Job requirements:
·
Sales experience is an asset
·
Ability to negotiate and close
·
Positive attitude
·
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced
environment and ensure quality and quantity of work meets expectations
·
Product knowledge is an asset
·
Excellent organizational and
prioritization skills, attention to detail
·
Ability to meet the needs of a diverse
client base and exceed customer expectations
·
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a
clean driver’s record
·
Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, (PBS dealer
management system an asset)
·
AMVIC Licensed – completion required
