Technician Responsibilities

·         Must be able to drive and operate vehicles

·         Diagnose and repair vehicles with integrity and ethics

·         Examines vehicle, diagnoses and, if needed, discusses with the Shop Foreman, or Service Manager as to the nature and extent of damage or malfunction

·         Communicates additional service requests and monitors repair time to update Service Advisor for communication to client

·         Completes story, or documentation for client repairs

·         Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction

Desired Qualifications

·         Licensed technician with diesel experience

·         Thorough knowledge of vehicles including electrical systems, engine repair, brake systems, suspension & steering and heating & air conditioning

·         Outstanding work ethic

·         CDK experience preferred but not required

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Must have a positive attitude and collaborate well with others

·         Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
