Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to provide financing options that suit their needs, ensuring they understand their options and the benefits of each.
- Facilitate the loan application process, from submission to approval, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all transactions comply with federal and state regulations, including understanding and adhering to finance laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to offer financing options to customers, helping to close deals and increase overall sales performance.
- Negotiate loan terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable terms that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
- Promote and sell additional products such as warranties, insurance, and service contracts to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, contracts, and communications with customers and lenders.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management, detailing loan approval rates, profit margins, and other key performance indicators.
- Provide training to sales staff on finance and insurance products, ensuring they are knowledgeable and able to assist customers effectively.
These duties ensure the smooth operation of the finance department, contribute to customer satisfaction, and drive the financial success of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in this role within an Automotive Dealership.
- Comprehensive understanding of lending institutes.
- Proven efficiency in funding and administrative duties.
- Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and ensure quality and quantity work meets expectations.
