Auto Body Appraiser

Country Hills Chrysler is hiring an Autobody Appraiser to join our team of professionals!

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Auto Body Appraiser to assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and support the claims or repair process. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of autobody repairs and estimating software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess extent of damage
• Prepare repair estimates using industry-standard software
• Document damage with reports and photos
• Communicate with body shops, insurers, and customers
• Review and approve supplement requests during repairs
• Ensure repair quality aligns with estimate and standards

Requirements:

• Valid drivers' license and clean driving record
• Experience in autobody repair is an asset
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment
• Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
