Responsibilities:

•        diagnosis and repair vehicles mechanical issues

•        perform regular maintenance, brakes, suspension and alignments etc.

•        identify, resolve electrical, media system malfunctions

•        perform engine, transmission repairs

•        documenting well written diagnosis, cause, remedy stories

•        maintaining a clean workspace environment according to industry standards and safety guidelines

•        keeping logbook documented for warranty repairs

•        diesel experience considered an asset but not required

Requirements:

•        minimum 1year journeyperson/red seal certification (out of province, cvip certification is an asset but not required)

•        solid understanding of automotive operating systems – experience with CDK is an asset

•        proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment

•        ability to work independently and efficiently

•        excellent communication and customer service skills

•        valid Alberta drivers license and clean record
