What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a world-class sales experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Build trust and rapport with every client to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle and options
- Stay current on vehicle features, financing options, and competitive offerings
- Respond to all leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales and business office teams to exceed customer expectations
- Minimum 1 year of automotive or retail sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and organized — confident using MS Office, Outlook, and PBS
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed
